Monarch Surveyors appoints KJL & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years

Monarch Surveyors and Engineering Consultants Limited informed the BSE on August 21, 2026, that its board approved the appointment of M/s. KJL & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five consecutive financial years commencing from FY 2026-27, and the reappointment of Mr. Anuj Shashikumar Bajoria as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27. The board also approved the re-designation of Mrs. Usha Sunil Kokare from Executive Director to Whole-time Director for five years, subject to member approval, and scheduled the 27th Annual General Meeting for September 16, 2026, at 3:00 P.M. IST via video conferencing.
