IL&FS Investment Managers appoints C N K & Associates LLP as its new statutory auditors

IL&FS Investment Managers Limited informed the National Stock Exchange Limited and BSE Limited that its board of directors accepted the resignation of M/s KKC & Associates LLP as statutory auditors, effective August 13, 2026, and appointed M/s C N K & Associates LLP as statutory auditors to fill the vacancy, initially until the 40th Annual General Meeting, and subsequently for a five-year term subject to shareholder approval at the same meeting.
