Shivalik Rasayan shareholders approved equity share and warrant issuances at an EGM

Shivalik Rasayan Limited convened an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) on August 20, 2026, at Hotel Saffron Leaf in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, to consider resolutions including a special resolution for the issuance of up to 372,000 equity shares to the public and another for the issuance of up to 948,000 fully convertible warrants to the promoter group and public, with remote e-voting available from August 17 to August 19, 2026; the consolidated results of voting will be provided separately upon receipt of the scrutinizer's report.
