Amit Mahendrabhai Shah and Neolite Polymer Industries Private Limited have acquired a total of 50,00,000 equity shares in Blue Blends (India) Limited through a preferential allotment at a price of Rs 10 per share, according to a regulatory filing on August 20, 2026. Amit Mahendrabhai Shah’s stake is 10,000 shares, representing 0.19% of the company's share capital, while Neolite Polymer Industries Private Limited holds 49,90,000 shares, constituting 94.68%. The acquisition is exempt under Regulation 10(1)(da) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, and follows an approved Resolution Plan and Order of Adjudicating Authorities.
