NCL Research’s board approved a record date for issuing Rs 4,994.86 lakh equity shares

NCL Research & Financial Services Limited informed the BSE Limited on August 21, 2026, that its board approved August 24, 2026, as the record date for determining eligible equity shareholders for the issue of 49,94,86,400 equity shares with a face value of Rs 1 each, aggregating up to Rs 4,994.86 lakhs, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018.
