Texmo Pipes reports Rs 35,728.17 lakh turnover, alongside profit after tax of Rs 1,125.96 lakh

Texmo Pipes and Products Limited reported a gross turnover of Rs 35,728.17 lakhs, a PBDIT of Rs 2,505.66 lakhs, and a profit after tax of Rs 1,125.96 lakhs, according to its annual report. The company, which operates in the plastic industry producing pipes and fittings, commenced commercial production in 2008 and faces significant competition. Shareholders will vote on resolutions concerning director remuneration, with Chairperson Rashmi Agrawal proposed to receive Rs 20,00,000 per month and Managing Director Sanjay Kumar Agrawal Rs 25,00,000 monthly, inclusive of benefits. The company disclosed pecuniary relationships between directors and the business, including property leasing, and noted that the CEO is the son of the chairperson and managing director. Texmo Pipes is focused on cost reduction through measures like a solar power plant and is expanding its market reach.
