Netweb Technologies India Limited’s share placement raises Rs 1,200 crore from institutional investors

Netweb Technologies India Limited announced that its Fund Raising Committee approved the allotment of 25,05,219 equity shares to qualified institutional buyers at an issue price of Rs 4,790.00 per share, totaling Rs 1,200.00 crore. The company's paid-up equity share capital increased to Rs 11,88,91,812 consisting of 5,94,45,906 equity shares as a result of the placement. Major institutional investors include ICICI Prudential Flexicap Fund, Nomura India Investment Fund Mother Fund, and Goldman Sachs Funds, among others, with allotments exceeding 5% of the offered shares.
