PNB Housing Finance allotted shares to employees under various schemes, boosting equity capital

PNB Housing Finance Limited announced the allotment of 2,13,990 equity shares on August 20, 2026, following the exercise of options and Restricted Stock Units by eligible employees under the ESOP Scheme 2018, RSU Scheme 2020, and ESOP Scheme 2022. Consequently, the company's paid-up equity share capital increased to Rs 260,80,39,130, comprising 26,08,03,913 shares of Rs 10 each, and the company will apply for listing these shares on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.
