Autoriders International appoints HRU & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years

Autoriders International Ltd. approved the appointment of M/s. HRU & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term starting April 1, 2026, and ending March 31, 2031, subject to member approval. The company’s board also approved increasing the limits for borrowing from Rs 100 crore to Rs 200 crore, re-designated Mrs. Maneka Vijay Mulchandani as Executive Director with a salary cap of Rs 50 lakh per annum, and adopted a new Memorandum of Association including business activities related to renewable energy.
