Choice International acquires 100% stake in Choice Proptech Solutions for Rs 62.22 crore

Choice International Limited has completed the acquisition of 10,000 equity shares, representing 100% of the paid-up equity share capital, of Choice Proptech Solutions Private Limited from Choice Consultancy Services Private Limited, a subsidiary of Choice International, for Rs 6,222 per share, totaling Rs 62,22,20,000. The acquisition, which simplifies the Group's corporate structure and improves operational efficiency, makes Choice Proptech Solutions Private Limited a wholly owned subsidiary of Choice International, previously a step-down subsidiary, with Choice Proptech Solutions Private Limited reporting a turnover of Rs 245.57 lakh and a net worth of Rs 137.43 lakh as of March 31, 2026.
