Samvardhana Motherson International and Hellmann form Dubai-based JV for automotive logistics

Samvardhana Motherson International Limited announced the incorporation of a new joint venture company, MHSCL JVC Holding Limited, on August 19, 2026, in Dubai, in partnership with Hellmann Worldwide Logistics (MESA) Holding Limited. According to a regulatory filing, Samvardhana Motherson International Limited holds 51% of the share capital, with Hellmann Worldwide Logistics (MESA) Holding Limited owning the remaining 49%, and the initial subscribed share capital consists of 1,000 shares with a face value of USD 1,000 per share. The joint venture will offer logistics solutions services to the automotive industry.
