Bikaji Foods re-appoints directors, including Chairman Deepak Kumar, for five-year terms

Bikaji Foods International Limited has re-appointed several directors to its board for second terms spanning five years, fulfilling regulatory requirements. Deepak Kumar, the Chairman, Rajeev Sharma, the Managing Director, and Anil Kumar Bachhawat, a Whole Time Director, will continue their tenures effective December 8, 2026. Additionally, Vinay Kumar Modi, Amit Kumar Modi, Shiv Kumar Modi, Deepak Kumar Sharma, Rajesh Kumar Modi, Sanjay Kumar Modi, Pawan Kumar Modi, and Rajeev Kumar Modi were also re-appointed for five-year terms, also effective December 8, 2026. Independent directors Pulkit Anilkumar Bachhawat, with experience in finance and investment, and Siraj Azmat Chaudhry, with expertise in agriculture and food processing, were re-appointed effective August 24, 2026, while Richa Manoj Goyal, a corporate and intellectual property lawyer, will continue her role effective December 8, 2026.
