SRM Contractors expands into wayside amenities with a 49% stake in GIRAFFE SRM Estates

SRM Contractors Limited announced that its board approved a business expansion and diversification strategy into the Wayside Amenities sector, which includes the development, operation, and management of facilities and infrastructure associated with highways. As part of this strategy, the company will incorporate a new special purpose vehicle named “GIRAFFE SRM ESTATES PRIVATE LIMITED,” in which SRM Contractors Limited will hold a 49% stake, with an initial capital of Rs 1,00,000, of which Rs 49,000 will be infused by SRM.
