Spectrum Electrical secures Rs 324.99 crore via equity share allotment to investors

Spectrum Electrical Industries Limited held an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting on Thursday, August 20, 2026, where members approved the offer, issue, and allotment of equity shares and convertible warrants on a preferential basis to raise Rs 324,99,96,750 from its promoter and marquee investors, according to a regulatory filing. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Pankaj Ravindra Rote after Mr. Deepak Suresh Chaudhari, Chairman and Managing Director, recused himself due to a conflict of interest, and remote e-voting was facilitated by Bigshare Services Private Limited.
