360 ONE WAM Limited’s committee approved equity share allotment to employees via stock options

360 ONE WAM LIMITED announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee has approved the allotment of 6,75,330 equity shares with a face value of Re. 1 each, to employees upon the exercise of stock options under the company's Employee Stock Options Scheme(s), increasing the issued, subscribed, and paid-up share capital from Rs 40,68,89,174 to Rs 40,75,64,504.
