Prag Bosimi Synthetics appoints G.S. Bhide & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years

PRAG BOSIMI SYNTHETICS LIMITED announced the appointment of Mrs. Gayatri Vaibhav Phatak of M/s. G.S. Bhide & Associates as Secretarial Auditor, effective August 20, 2026, following the demise of Late Mr. Ashok Patel, Proprietor of M/s. Ashok Patel and Associates, on August 16, 2026. The appointment, approved by the company's board and audit committee, will last for five consecutive years commencing with the audit period from fiscal year 2026-27 until fiscal year 2030-2031, subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
