Golden Carpets Ltd informed the BSE that its Board of Directors approved a change in designation for Mr. Srikrishna Naik from Managing Director to Director (Non-executive & Non-Independent), effective August 20, 2026; Mr. Naik is the brother of Mrs. Meena Bhushan Kerur, the Company’s Managing Director.
