MosChip Technologies allotted shares to employees, realizing Rs 2,05,99,136 through stock options

MosChip Technologies Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 3,35,670 equity shares to eligible employees following the exercise of options under various MosChip Stock Option Schemes. The allotment increased the company's total outstanding shares from 19,47,12,346 to 19,50,48,016, and resulted in a realization of Rs 2,05,99,136.
