Steelman Telecom issues warrants worth Rs 19.77 crore to investors, including Aumit Capital

Steelman Telecom Limited, formerly Steelman Telecom Private Limited, announced that its board of directors approved the issuance of 28,23,800 fully convertible warrants on a preferential basis to five investors, including promoters Mahendra Bindal, Mayank Bindal, Deep Shikha Bindal, and Saloni Bindal, and Aumit Capital Advisors Limited. The warrants will be issued at a price of Rs 70 each, with a total consideration of Rs 19,76,66,000, and are convertible into an equivalent number of equity shares within 18 months.
