BLS International Services acquired a 2.21% stake in BLS E-Services for Rs 45.22 crore

BLS International Services Limited announced that it has acquired an additional 2.21% stake in its subsidiary, BLS E-Services Limited, through a secondary market transaction for a cumulative cost of acquisition of Rs 45.22 crore in fiscal year 2026-27, exceeding 2% of the company's net worth. BLS E-Services Limited, incorporated on April 12, 2016, provides digital services and business correspondent services for major Indian banks and reported revenue from operations of Rs 87.35 crore for the fiscal year 2025-26.
