SIS Limited’s acquisition of a 1.53% stake in Updater Services Limited cost Rs 21.59 crore

SIS Limited announced it has acquired an additional 10,27,192 equity shares of Updater Services Limited ("UDS"), bringing its total shareholding in UDS to 54,82,582 equity shares, representing 8.19% of the paid-up equity share capital. The acquisition, completed on August 19, 2026, involved a cash consideration of Rs 21.59 crore, and represents a 1.53% stake in UDS, which operates in the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) and Business Support Services (BSS) industry and reported a turnover of Rs 1,762.41 crore for the year ended March 31, 2026.
