Octaware Technologies appoints R & D as Secretarial Auditors for five years

Octaware Technologies Limited announced that its Board of Directors has appointed M/s R & D, Company Secretaries, as Secretarial Auditors for a period of five consecutive years, commencing from Financial Year 2025-26 to Financial Year 2029-30, subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
