Aavas Financiers Limited’s committee approved equity share allotment under stock option plans

Aavas Financiers Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 4,301 equity shares of Rs 10 each, pursuant to the exercise of Employee Stock Options under the Performance Stock Option Plan -2023 (“PSOP -2023”) and Performance Stock Option Plan -2024 (“PSOP -2024”) schemes, increasing the company's paid-up equity share capital from Rs 79,29,00,260 to Rs 79,29,43,270.
