Coffee Day Enterprises reports release of shares following invocation reversal

Coffee Day Enterprises Limited disclosed to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited the release of invoked equity shares related to borrowings availed by a group company. Malavika Hegde released 15,56,147 shares, representing 0.74% of the total share capital, and Sivan Securities Pvt.Ltd released 3,26,032 shares, representing 0.15% of the total share capital, following a reversal of invocation on August 18, 2026, due to borrowings availed by Coffee Day Enterprises Limited.
