P N Gadgil Jewellers to acquire Silvostyle Jewellers for Rs 27.96 crore

P N Gadgil Jewellers Limited announced that its board approved the acquisition of a 100% stake in Silvostyle Jewellers Limited, involving the acquisition of 1,50,000 equity shares and a fresh issue of 1,48,50,000 equity shares, for a total consideration of Rs 27.96 crore. Upon completion, Silvostyle Jewellers Limited will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of P N Gadgil Jewellers Limited, and the transaction qualifies as a related party transaction as Silvostyle Jewellers Limited is part of the promoter group of P N Gadgil Jewellers Limited.
