CG Power's Axiro Semiconductor acquires Tosil Systems for Rs 16.44 crores

CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Axiro Semiconductor Private Limited, has completed the acquisition of 100% of Tosil Systems Private Limited for a consideration of Rs 16.44 crores, according to a regulatory filing on August 20, 2026. The acquisition involved Axiro acquiring 500,000 equity shares of Rs 10 face value each, making Tosil a wholly-owned subsidiary under Section 2(87) of the Companies Act, 2013.
