Gujarat Inject Kerala Ltd. held an adjourned Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, via video conferencing and other audio-visual means, to consider resolutions including rescinding a special resolution passed on April 3, 2025, and a proposal to change the company’s name from “Gujarat Inject Kerala Limited” to “Regenova Renewtech Limited.” The results of the e-voting will be announced and disseminated on the stock exchanges and the company's website, along with CDSL, on or before August 21, 2026.
