Shiprocket Limited will close its trading window ahead of financial results announcement

Shiprocket Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that it will close its trading window for securities dealings from August 19, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's code of conduct, and will reopen the window 48 hours after the announcement of its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
