Lalit Agrawal (HUF) acquired 48,000 Glen Industries shares for Rs 56.57 lakh

Glen Industries Limited announced that Lalit Agrawal (HUF), part of the Promoter Group, acquired 9,600 equity shares for Rs 11,34,432 on August 18, 2026, and an additional 38,400 shares for Rs 45,22,200 on August 19, 2026, both purchases made from public shareholders at prevailing market prices; the acquisitions increased the Promoter and Promoter Group’s shareholding from 73.97% to 74.17% of the company’s total paid-up equity share capital.
