Narayan K. Seshadri to step down as Independent Director of SBI Life Insurance in 2026

Public SBI Life Insurance Company Ltd. announced that Narayan K. Seshadri will cease to be an Independent Director upon completion of his two consecutive three-year terms, effective close of business hours on August 19, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
