Indiabulls Limited granted equity shares to employees under its 2025 stock option scheme

Indiabulls Limited (formerly Yaari Digital Integrated Services Limited) announced on August 19, 2026, that it has allotted 26,60,700 fully paid-up equity shares of face value Rs 2 each to eligible employees upon the exercise of employee stock options under the “Indiabulls Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme – 2025,” increasing the company’s paid-up equity share capital to Rs 466,44,08,604 divided into 233,22,04,302 fully paid up equity shares.
