Shraddha Prime Projects acquires 91% of Atharva Ventures and 100% of Shraddha Life Spaces

Shraddha Prime Projects Limited announced that its Finance Committee approved the acquisition of 91% of Atharva Ventures Private Limited for Rs 91,000 and 100% of Shraddha Life Spaces Private Limited for Rs 10,36,98,200, making both entities subsidiaries of the company. The transactions, expected to be completed on or before August 20, 2026, are intended to expand Shraddha Prime Projects’ footprint in the real estate market and consolidate its assets, and the acquisition of Shraddha Life Spaces Private Limited is considered a related party transaction.
