Gretex Corporate Services allotted warrants to members, with Zyana Developers LLP receiving a significant portion

Gretex Corporate Services Limited announced the allotment of 7,50,000 warrants on a preferential basis to members of the Non-Promoter Group, constituting the second tranche of a previously approved issuance, according to a regulatory filing on August 19, 2026. The warrants, with a face value of Rs 10 each, were issued at an issue price of Rs 358 per warrant for a total cash consideration of Rs 6,71,25,000, with Zyana Developers LLP receiving 5,00,000 warrants, Shailja Sandeep Jindal receiving 1,00,000 warrants, and Gautam Gopikishan Makharia and Punit Gopikishan Makharia each receiving 75,000 warrants.
