Upmarch, incorporated on August 22, 2023, has a net worth of Rs 17.61 crore, representing 0.05% of UFO Moviez India Limited’s consolidated net worth, and has not conducted any business operations to date. The transfer is expected to be completed by September 18, 2026, for a consideration of Rs 18 lacs, representing 1,80,000 shares at a face value of Rs 10 each.
