Hathway Bhawani Cabletel & Datacom Limited announced that its members appointed Deloitte Haskins & Sells Chartered Accountants LLP as auditors for a term of 5 consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 42nd Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 47th Annual General Meeting, alongside Nayan Parikh & Co., Chartered Accountants, who will serve as joint auditors until the conclusion of the 43rd Annual General Meeting.
