IndiGrid proposes to issue Rs 1,100 crore in debt securities, approved by its board

IndiGrid Investment Managers Limited, the investment manager of IndiGrid Infrastructure Trust, announced it proposes to issue Series AI debt securities of Rs 350 crore and Series AJ debt securities of Rs 750 crore, following approvals from its board meeting on February 12, 2026, for borrowings up to Rs 6,400 crore.
