Polylink Polymers reports resignation of Secretarial Auditor, AG Shah & Associates, effective August 2026

Polylink Polymers (India) Limited informed the BSE Limited that M/s. AG Shah & Associates, Practising Company Secretaries, resigned as Secretarial Auditor of the company with effect from 10th August, 2026, according to a resignation letter dated 31st July, 2026, with the delay in disclosure attributed to an inadvertent administrative oversight.
