CG Power appoints Price Waterhouse as statutory auditor through 2027

CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited announced the appointment of M/s. Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP as the Statutory Auditors of the company with effect from August 19, 2026, until the conclusion of the 90th Annual General Meeting in 2027, replacing M/s. S R B C & CO LLP, whose resignation was previously disclosed on August 14, 2026.
