Regency Fincorp Limited allotted Rs 60 crore in NCDs to investors, maturing November 2027

Regency Fincorp Limited, formerly Regency Investment s Limited, announced the allotment of 60,000 13.50% Listed, Secured, Rated, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures ("NCDs") on a private placement basis to identified investors. The NCDs, with a face value of Rs 10,000 each, aggregate to Rs 60 crore, and will be listed on the BSE Limited with a tenor of 15 months, maturing on November 19, 2027.
