Devansh Trademart LLP to acquire 30,00,000 shares of Inox Wind Limited

Devansh Trademart LLP plans to acquire 30,00,000 equity shares of Inox Wind Limited from Inox Leasing and Finance Limited by way of an inter-se transfer, representing 0.17% of the company's share capital, with the acquisition expected to occur on or after August 24, 2026, at the prevailing market price. The transaction, which is part of an internal restructuring within the promoter and promoter group of Inox Wind Limited, will increase Devansh Trademart LLP’s shareholding to 15,20,18,522 equity shares, or 8.80% of the total share capital.
