SBI Life Insurance granted 88,522 equity shares to employees under its 2018 stock option scheme

SBI Life Insurance Company Ltd. announced that its Board Stakeholders’ Relationship & Sustainability Committee has allotted 88,522 equity shares of Rs 10 each to employees under the ‘SBI Life Employee Stock Option Scheme 2018’, increasing the company’s paid-up share capital to Rs 10,03,34,95,720 consisting of 10,03,34,9,572 equity shares.
