Yash Innoventures appoints Aadit Rajal Dalal and Jani Dhavalkumar to its board

Yash Innoventures Limited, formerly known as Redex Protech Limited, announced the appointment of Mr. Aadit Rajal Dalal as a Whole-Time Director and Mr. Jani Dhavalkumar as an Additional Independent Director, both effective August 14, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Dalal, who previously held roles at NGR Paper Company and Venus Trading Company, and Mr. Jani, formerly Vice Principal of College of Safety and Fire Technology, Gujarat University, are not related to existing board members and hold no shares in the company.
