GTT Data Solutions appoints N A M M & Associates as new statutory auditors

GTT Data Solutions Limited, formerly known as Cinerad Communications Limited, announced that M/s. Mehta & Mehta, Chartered Accountants, have resigned as statutory auditors effective August 13, 2026, following the completion of the Limited Review Report for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Simultaneously, the company appointed M/s. N A M M & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as the new statutory auditors, effective August 13, 2026, for a term up to the conclusion of the Forty-Fifth Annual General Meeting, subject to shareholder approval.
