Nova Agri reappoints directors and names a new Company Secretary, pending shareholder approval

Nova Agri Limited announced the reappointment of Mrs. Malathi Siripurapu and Mr. Rajesh Cherukuri as whole-time directors for three years, and the reappointment of Mr. Ramesh babu Nemani as an independent director for five years, all subject to shareholder approval at the company’s 19th Annual General Meeting. The company also appointed Mr. Gopi Mallikharjuna Rao Avvaru as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
