The company acquired a 99.9987% stake, or 1,49,998 equity shares, of Penganga Sahkar Karkhana Private Limited for Rs 1,79,99,760 on May 27, 2026, making it a subsidiary. The consolidated results include Bharatam Ventures Limited and Penganga Sahkar Karkhana Private Limited, with the latter contributing revenue of Rs 2,539.95 lakhs, a loss before tax of Rs 609.42 lakhs, and a total comprehensive loss of Rs 609.42 lakhs, based on management-certified interim financial information. The auditor expressed no qualifications, noting reliance on management-certified information for the subsidiary and audited prior-year comparative data by a predecessor auditor.
