Gufic Biosciences Limited announced that its board of directors approved the incorporation of a subsidiary, Gufic Philippines Inc., in the Philippines and an investment of up to USD 250,000, or its equivalent in Philippine Peso, to subscribe to its equity share capital, with the company proposing to hold approximately 99.99% of the subsidiary's equity.
