Arco Leasing Limited announces M.C.Jain & Co LLP’s resignation as auditor, effective August 2026

Arco Leasing Limited informed the BSE that M.C.Jain & Co LLP has resigned as statutory auditor of the company and its material subsidiary, ANSU TRADE & FISCALS PRIVATE LIMITED, effective August 14, 2026. The resignation was due to the audit engagement no longer being commercially viable, according to the auditor. Arco Leasing Limited’s audit committee and board of directors will consider the matter and appoint new auditors, with further disclosures to be made upon completion of the process.
