The company, operating in the financial services sector, also recorded a total comprehensive income of Rs (601.66) lakhs, with basic and diluted earnings per share at Rs (120.33). A significant development during the quarter was the acquisition of a 99.9987% stake in Penganga Sahkar Karkhana Private Limited, which is now included in the consolidated results, contributing to the overall loss.
