The company’s basic and diluted earnings per share were negative at Rs 120.33, with a paid-up equity share capital of Rs 50.00 lakhs. The consolidated results include Penganga Sahkar Karkhana Private Limited, which was acquired on May 27, 2026, and contributed revenue of Rs 2,539.95 lakhs. The statutory auditor, N K Mittal & Associates, issued an unqualified audit report, noting reliance on management-certified interim financial information for the subsidiary.
