Physicswallah Limited appoints Anoop Kumar Mittal as Additional Director for five years

Physicswallah Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Anoop Kumar Mittal as an Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director, for a term of five years with effect from August 14, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Mittal, who holds a Ph.D. (Honoris Causa) from Singhania University, previously served as Chairman and Managing Director of NBCC (India) Limited from 2013 to 2019 and is not debarred from holding the office of Director by any regulatory authority.
